House Rules 

• Check in is after 5pm, Front door code will be emailed on day of arrival

• Check out by 11am

• Must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation

• All parties and events must be pre approved 

• No unregistered guests, meaning, the total number of guests for your reservation will be the only ones present, even for day use

• Noise must be lowered outside after 9pm and inside at 12pm

• Total of 8 cars are allowed to park on site, no parking on Route 100 

• Cleaning you are responsible for- washing all dishes, clean off kitchen surfaces, sorting your trash, recycling and compost, strip all used bedding and leave the living room in an orderly way

• A cleaning fee will be applied at $120/hour for not doing your part

• Sporting equipment can be stored in the entryway or under deck

• Pets are not allowed

• Fireplace is open for seasonal use, Thanksgiving through March. You must inform us if you would like to use it. 

• No fireworks, firearms or campfires

• No smoking inside or on deck, butt bucket on front steps 

• Personal grills can be used in the yard or driveway. 

• Not disabled accessible

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged possessions

• A fee will charged for non-compliance of house rules

Cancelations

No Cancellation exceptions will be made due to weather or unexpected situations, such as snow storms, transportation delays/cancellations, travel restrictions, health advisories, quarantines or illness

Must call or email to confirm a cancellation

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in
